- Welcome to El Golfo. A fine Latin American restaurant located in Silver Spring Maryland. Family owned since 1999.
We specialize in Latin American food, steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and many traditional dishes. Everything is prepared fresh daily. We also have a children's menu so the whole family will be satisfied!

El Golfo is fantastic! They use really high quality ingredients, and it shows in their food. Their spinach-mushroom enchiladas are to die for. Their margaritas are also very tasty, though sadly not available for takeout. :)

El Golfo is a find in Silver Spring. The food is delicious, either for takeout or eat in, and the mix of Mexican and Salvadoran food means you'll never get bored. I especially recommend Lomo Saltado beef, tacos al carbon, and their excellent guacamole. Their Sangria is terrific, too!
